Pirnoorul Haque Qadri incited citizens against Pakistan Army and Supreme Judiciary – FIR
Khyber: A case of sedition has been registered in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa against PTI’s former Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Pir Noorul Haq Qadri.
The case was filed on June 22 by a resident of Shaks area of Jamrud in Khyber district.
According to the text of the FIR, Pir Noorul Haq Qadri used immoral words against the Pakistan Army and the Supreme Judiciary, incited the citizens against the Pakistan Army and the Supreme Judiciary and raised slogans of “Death to the Army”.
It should be noted that Noorul Haq Qadri has gone on Hajj, his name was included in the no-fly list which was removed.
In the last few days, a hearing was held in the Peshawar High Court on a petition against the inclusion of Noorul Haq Qadri’s name in the no-fly list. Additional Director Law FIA appeared in the court and told that Noor Qadri’s name is not in the no-fly list, he can travel abroad.
