Internationally renowned actor Fawad Khan has opened up about the disease he was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 17.
Fawad Khan recently gave an interview to the YouTube channel ‘Freestyle Middle East’ in which he spoke about his life-changing battle with type 1 diabetes since the age of 17.
Fawad Khan has stated that he was 17 years old when he had a very high fever, his weight dropped from 65 to 55 kg in 7 days due to fever, he lost 10 kg after which he Had to face a lot of health problems.
Fawad Khan says that after a complete check-up, it was found that he has diabetes, it was type 1 diabetes.
He said that he is 41 years old today and has been suffering from diabetes for 24 years.
During the interview, Fawad Khan said that he was a very active student in his school and used to participate in every sport and after diabetes he stopped playing completely, his interest in sports was lost.
Fawad Khan had to say that he used to be very tired because of sugar, when you have low sugar, it feels like someone is pulling your soul, your mouth becomes dry, your eyes start rolling up and I There is no self-control because sugar also causes your muscles to contract.
During the interview, Fawad Khan said that the world does not change, you have to make yourself strong enough to face the bad times.
