Pre-monsoon rains are predicted for the upper and central parts of the country from June 25 to 30.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain is likely in most of the districts of Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The possibility of reduction in heat wave in the country has also been shown.
