Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab says that the city council should be allowed to work according to the law, there is a promise that a positive change will be seen.
Murtaza Wahab said in a statement that the opposition is not expected to oppose, the state institutions should not oppose.
He said that there are 25 towns in the city, People’s Party, Jamaat-e-Islami and PTI will be able to serve better if they work together.
Mayor Karachi said that he will announce in ten days from which constituency he will contest the election.
It should be noted that last week, Murtaza Wahab won the seat of Mayor Karachi with 173 votes, while Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman came second with 160 votes.
