Sindh’s supplementary budget of 312 billion rupees was approved in the meeting of Sindh Assembly.
Out of the 312 billion rupees of the supplementary budget, 55 billion rupees were spent on the rehabilitation of flood-affected people.
Out of these 312 billion rupees, 55 billion rupees were given as wheat subsidy and 19 billion rupees were given in debt repayment.
Of the 312 billion rupees of the supplementary budget, 43 billion rupees are included in the payment for health and 16 billion rupees for electricity.
It should be noted that on June 10 of this month, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah presented Sindh’s budget of 2 trillion 244 billion rupees for the fiscal year 2023-24.
