According to the Ministry of Information, the Supreme Court has ordered to pay the super tax dues within 7 days.
Petitions for super tax were filed by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), which were ordered by the Supreme Court today.
According to the Ministry of Information, the Supreme Court has ordered payment of 50 percent of the super tax dues.
It should be remembered that Parliament had imposed a super tax on corporations with an income of more than 150 million rupees. Parliament imposed super tax under Finance Act 2022.
On the request of the big corporations, the Lahore High Court had issued an interim order against the collection of super tax.
