The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has registered a case against former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, Monis Elahi and others.
Allegations of corruption and money laundering have been leveled in the case by the FIA.
According to the text of the FIR, a case has been registered against Monis Elahi and Parvez Elahi under the provisions of fraud, money laundering and corruption.
Mons Elahi was corrupt from 2004 to 2023 through frontman Gibran Khan.
In the text of the case, it is said that Monis Elahi committed corruption and money laundering with the help of his father Chaudhry Parvez Elahi.
It is also stated in the case that Monis Elahi laundered the money earned through corruption and bribery, he transferred the money laundering funds abroad through various offshore and other fake companies.
It should be noted that the anti-corruption court of Lahore has approved the bail of former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in the anti-corruption case.
Anti-corruption court judge Ali Raza gave a safe decision by granting bail for 10 lakh rupees.
