Leader of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Nafisa Shah raised objections on the federal budget.
Nafisa Shah while talking in the program ‘Naya Pakistan’ said that financial discipline was not seen in the budget.
He said that the government should have adopted austerity, reduced deficit and expenditure.
Nafisa Shah said that the government has not taken any steps to increase the tax net.
He said that the salaries and pensions of government employees should be increased but the reality should also be kept in front.
He said that on the statement of Maryam Nawaz regarding the election in October, Nafisa Shah said that the elections should be held on time according to the constitution.
