10 billion rupees will be generated from monetization of government vehicles.

Sources say that the government has decided to keep only rescue, police mobile and municipality vehicles in official status.

The finance department has submitted proposals to the caretaker government on the monetization policy.

According to the sources, under the policy, an officer will be able to buy a single vehicle, the government officer will be able to buy the vehicle in two to three installments, the officers will be given regular green number plates.
