Baahubali fan Prabhas’s new film Adipurash has cost a filmmaker dearly to speak the truth.
Hawa Kuch Yeon Prabhas’ film Aadi Purash, based on the Hindu religious book Ramayana, stars Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh in prominent roles.
The film was released on Friday, on which film buffs were divided, with some praising it and many criticizing it.
Filmgoers have also faced beatings for criticizing the film.
A video has been shared on social media, with the caption ‘Never speak the truth in front of crazy fans, this is true for cricket, politics and films’.
In the video, a boy is being beaten up by Prabhas fans, who did not like the acting of Adi Purush and Prabhas at all.
The boy said in front of the mic and the camera that Prabhas’ acting does not suit the film at all.
He added that in Baahubali, Prabhas played the role of a king, which was taken in the film while looking close to reality, but it did not work in the right way.
All that was said was that the people around started beating him, who was spared from the cruelty of the gang.
