The interim bail of former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fayyaz-ul-Hasan Chauhan, who was named in the May 9 Sixth Road Metro Bus Station burning case in Rawalpindi, has been extended till June 22.
The case was heard by Judge Hamid Hussain of Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court where Fayyazul Hasan Chauhan appeared.
The investigating officer said that a request has been made for CDR of the case, 4 days should be given.
The court granted the application and extended Fayyaz Chauhan’s interim bail till June 22.
The Anti-Terrorism Court has summoned all the records of the case for the next hearing.
