In the video leak case of TikToker Hareem Shah, the court sent the accused, TikToker Sandal Khattak, to Adiala Jail on judicial remand.
Judicial Magistrate Shabir Bhatti heard Tik Tokker Hareem Shah videos leak case against TikToker Sandal Khattak in District and Sessions Court Islamabad.
Meanwhile, Tik Tokker Sandal Khattak was produced in the magistrate’s court for remand.
During the hearing, the FIA investigation officer requested the court for a 5-day physical remand of Sandal Khattak.
While requesting the physical remand of Sandal Khattak from the court, the investigating officer said that co-accused Ayesha Naz has to be investigated and more details are to be taken.
During the hearing, Sandal Khattak’s lawyer opposed the physical remand.
Sandal Khattak’s lawyer, Vakil Safai, said in the court that Sandal Khattak’s mobile phone is already in the custody of the investigating officer.
Later, the court rejected the request of the investigating officer for physical remand and sent Tik Tok Sandal Khattak to Adiala Jail on judicial remand.
