Caretaker Information Minister Punjab Aamir Mir says that Qasim’s father’s new lie has been exposed, Abdul Rahim’s condition is out of danger.
In Lahore, Amir Mir, along with caretaker health minister Dr. Javed Akram, told a press conference that Qasim’s father’s sister-in-law’s cook Abdul Rahim’s claim of being in a life-and-death struggle is false.
He said that Abdul Rahim has meningitis, he is under treatment at Services Hospital since May 18 and is on ventilator since May 23.
The caretaker minister said that there is no sign of torture on Abdul Rahim’s body and his CT scan report is also available.
He further said that Qasim’s father had falsely claimed that 25 people were killed in the May 9 incidents as well, he is still lying.
