The woman who slapped DSP of traffic police in Karachi got interim bail till February 8 from the local court.
Geo News has obtained a copy of the protective bail order of Dr. Anam, the accused who slapped DSP of traffic police.
The woman’s bail was granted on February 4 in a surety of Rs 1 lakh, while the court has also directed Dr. Anam to join the investigation before the police.
The court issued a notice to the Deputy Public Prosecutor and the investigating officer and directed the investigating officer of the case to appear with the police file at the next hearing.
The court says that at the next hearing, arguments should be given on the confirmation of the bail of the accused.
According to the police officials, the arrest of the accused has been stopped after court orders.
Officials say in this regard that the woman has sent the legal documents of bail to the investigating police.
A case has been registered against the woman in Civil Line police station in the complaint of DSP Ishtiaq Arain.
