Washington: The United States has denied reports that an interim nuclear deal has been reached with Iran.
According to the World News Agency, several media houses had claimed that a nuclear agreement has been reached between the US and Iran, under which the US will play its role in easing international sanctions in exchange for Iran to stop its nuclear program. will
On these news, Iran kept silent, avoiding denial or confirmation, and the United States also did not give any clear statement, which seemed to indicate that the agreement had been reached.
However, now the spokesperson of the American National Security Council, John Kirby, has declared this news published on the Middle East Eye as false and misleading, saying that as soon as Iran and the United States reach an agreement, the media will be informed.
It should be noted that Middle East had attributed the source of the report to two main sources and it still stands by its report. However, the identity of these sources was not revealed. According to the report, Iran will stop enriching more than 60 percent of pure uranium and continue to cooperate with the UN nuclear watchdog.
If Iran fulfills its pledge, it will be allowed to export up to 1 million barrels of oil per day while easing international sanctions and giving it access to foreign assets and frozen assets.
