In the new budget, it has been decided to build 250 mini sports complexes in the country next year.
The document issued in this regard stated that the project of construction of 250 mini sports complexes will cost 12 billion rupees, the federation and the provinces will spend fifty percent of the funds.
Under this project, 60 mini sports complexes will be constructed in 36 districts of Punjab, 50 mini sports complexes in 34 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 40 mini sports complexes in 29 districts of Sindh and 30 mini sports complexes in 33 districts of Balochistan.
There are plans to build 70 mini sports complexes in Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Apart from this, sports facilities will also be provided in 10 tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
