A ministerial meeting of the ‘international coalition’ against ISIS was held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, which was addressed by the Saudi and American foreign ministers.
On this occasion, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal said that Saudi Arabia will try to chase ISIS wherever possible.
He further said that measures will continue to combat extremism and prevent the resurgence of Daesh. Saudi Arabia believes in the need to combat terrorism and extremist ideologies.
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal said that all countries should work together to promote tolerance and dialogue.
On this occasion, US Secretary of State Anthony Blanken said in his address that there is concern over the increase in ISIS attacks in Afghanistan and some African regions.
He said that by keeping the militants in camps in Syria and Iraq, there is a risk of reactivation of the organization.
