One person was killed and 3 injured due to Russian shelling in the city of Kherson, Ukraine.
According to Ukrainian officials from Kiev, Russian shillings were directed at people evacuating from flooded areas.
According to the report of the news agency, a large area of Kherson is submerged in flood water due to the collapse of the Kakhovka Dam in Ukraine.
The Kakhovka Dam was damaged in Monday’s attack on the dam in Russian-held territory of Ukraine, the report said.
The news agency further says that Russia and Ukraine are blaming each other for destroying the dam.
