Indian comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh recently got relief from the court.
The Special Court has rejected the plea of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to cancel his bail.
NCB arrested Bharti and her husband for recovering 86.5 grams of hashish from their house.
On the same day, Bharti and Harsh were released by the magistrate on bail of Rs 15,000 each.
NCB filed an appeal against this decision.
