The Supreme Court appointed Arshad Sharif for the hearing of the suo motu notice

Islamabad: The Supreme Court has scheduled Arshad Sharif’s murder notice for hearing, on which a five-member bench will hear on June 13.

According to the announcement issued by the Registrar Supreme Court, a five-member larger bench headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan will hear the case on June 13.

In this regard, the Supreme Court has issued notices to the Attorney General, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the JIT.

The Supreme Court had adjourned the hearing on May 9 by asking for a progress report. The Chief Justice of Pakistan had taken notice of Arshad Sharif’s murder on December 6.
