According to the new conditions, the presence of an e-permit in the company has been declared essential, while the age of the worker to be imported should not be less than 16 years. In addition, the candidate must meet the requirements of the relevant profession and be compatible with the business of the institution and his profession.
It is also important that the permit of the institution for importation of manpower is valid while the application will be submitted by the authorized official of the institution. The seventh and final condition is that the person applying for the visa should not already have a valid work permit.
