The Lahore High Court has approved the security bond of Chairman PTI till June 21 in the Tosha Khana fraud case.
During the hearing, Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf appeared in the court of Justice Amjad Rafiq of Lahore High Court.
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar said that tomorrow the chairman has to appear in Islamabad in 11 cases, the court should grant us security for more time.
After receiving the security bond, the Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf left the Lahore High Court.
It should be noted that the Lahore High Court had scheduled today for the hearing of the protective bail application against the Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana fraud case.
A case has been registered against him in the Islamabad police station under the provisions of fraud and cheating.
The petition sought a 15-day security bond.
