The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has released a new schedule till June 14.
According to sources, the deadlock between Pakistan and the IMF on the revival of the loan program remains.
Sources say that the matter of Pakistan is not included in the schedule due to the lack of staff level agreement yet.
Sources further say that the loan program of 6.5 billion dollars is ending on June 30 this month.
Pakistan and the IMF remain at odds over the new budget targets, but the government is still hopeful of a staff-level agreement by June 30.
Sources also said that the annual tax target has been proposed to be set at Rs 9200 billion but the IMF has insisted on taking the tax target to Rs 9800 billion.
