Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has called an important meeting of the National Economic Council today.
Development plans for the new financial year will be reviewed in the meeting of the National Economic Council chaired by the Prime Minister.
Federal ministers and four provincial chief ministers will participate in the meeting.
According to the sources, the development budget for the new financial year has been proposed to be 2659 billion rupees. In the meeting, the chief ministers and officials will give a briefing on their respective development budgets.
