The head of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said in a blunt message that he was not negotiating with Tehreek-e-Insaf before and will not negotiate now.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman expressed his grief to former Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in Lahore on the death of his elder brother Sardar Mehmood Sadiq.
Talking to the media on this occasion, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that when will the elections be held? This will be a unanimous decision of the PDM.
He said that before deciding on the election, it should be seen whether the country is facing new turmoil. Or to build the economy?
The head of PDM said that the economy can improve with the upcoming general elections, which the rigged government has sunk in the economy, it has not yet been able to handle it.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman says that PTI attacked the state institutions, the Army Act will come into action, the court has to decide the ban.
They also say that the PDM can only be a seat adjustment at the regional level, not an electoral alliance.
Earlier Maulana Fazlur Rehman along with his son Federal Minister of Communications Maulana Asadur Rehman met Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
In the meeting, the country’s political situation, future political strategy and other important issues including the budget were discussed.
