MQM leader Mustafa Kamal raised objections on Karachi and Hyderabad census and demanded an audit.

Mustafa Kamal says in one of his statements that we do not accept the current census, we object to the census data.

He said that the population of Sindh has increased by more than 20%, but the census of Karachi and Hyderabad has not even increased by 20%, the basic problems of the country have been suppressed somewhere.

Mustafa Kamal said that we have raised the issue of census in a meeting with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has also written a letter to Ahsan Iqbal on the issue of census because census is a matter of life and death for us.

The leader of MQM says that one section is engaged in forming the government and another section is engaged in bringing it down.

He said that we will not accept the results of this census, you have given the forms and the dates have passed since the time of audit, steps should be taken to conduct a digital audit of the census, the increase in the census. Even after our struggle, we did not put up any banners saying that we have struggled.

Mustafa Kamal said that we have held a total of 55 meetings including the meeting with the Prime Minister in this regard, even so we could not lose ourselves.

He said that there is bias in the behavior of the provincial government and especially in the behavior of the Chief Minister.

The MQM leader criticized Murad Ali Shah and said that the Chief Minister is saying that the water line is being built but they cannot provide water. You have been in government for so long but you cannot provide water.

They demanded that the date of the post-census survey be extended.

Mustafa Kamal said that on April 7, there was news that 98 percent of the population of Sindh had been counted and at that time the population of Karachi was shown as 1 crore 33 lakh.

Expressing his anger, he said that if the state and the government are not ready to count us correctly, then they should not expect us, God willing, we should not be held hostage by the Sindh government. Keep doing it.

Mustafa Kamal has also said that 50% of the population of Sindh is here, 90% of the revenue is given by this city, so a third party should audit this census, it is also written in the constitution.
