Russia refused to grant coverage permits to journalists from Western countries at the International Economic Forum meeting.
A statement issued by the Kremlin ahead of the annual meeting of the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, Russia, said that Western journalists will not be allowed to cover the Economic Forum meeting.
The Kremlin says journalists from non-friendly countries will not be allowed to cover Economic Forum meetings.
The permission of the British news agency Reuters to cover the meeting has also been revoked.
The 26th session of the International Economic Forum is being held in St. Petersburg from June 14 to 17.
