The Peshawar High Court declared null and void the orders and declarations of three MPOs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The cases against three MPOs were heard in the High Court. The High Court gave summary judgment on the petitions and quashed the orders of the three MPOs.

The High Court ruled that the orders of the three MPOs issued by the Deputy Commissioners are null and void.

It may be recalled that the court had reserved its decision on the petitions yesterday which was pronounced today.

It should be noted that under the 3MPO, ​​the government can arrest or detain any person on the grounds of public safety or order.

After the May 9 incident, hundreds of PTI leaders and activists have been arrested under the same law.
