Three months ago in Italy, a migrant boat sank off the coast of Calabria. After which the search for the people on board the boat continued, but now the Italian authorities from Rome say that the search for the bodies of those who drowned in the accident has been ended.
According to Italian authorities, 48 bodies found at sea were sent to Afghanistan for burial, while other bodies were sent to Pakistan, Iran, Palestine and Tunisia.
Italian authorities say some of the bodies have been buried in Finland, Germany and Italy.

According to the news agency, more than 100 migrants, including Pakistanis, died in the accident. 80 people from the boat were rescued while 6 people are still missing.
According to the news agency, the Pakistani embassy had reported that 16 Pakistanis had survived and 4 were missing. About 180 migrants were on board the wooden boat that crashed.
