In the Delhi High Court, the Indian government responded to the petition against its dismissal of the Indian Air Force officers, saying that the petition is without merit. 4 Indian Air Force officers were dismissed for gross negligence against the missile incident.
It should be noted that 3 officers including the Wing Commander of the Indian Air Force have filed an application in the Delhi High Court regarding the dismissals.
