The anti-terrorism court of Lahore declared the search warrant of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s house ineffective.
On the issue of the search warrant of Imran Khan’s house, the judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court gave a decision on the request of Imran Khan.
The court held that search warrants once obtained are not permanent.
On the issue of search warrant of Imran Khan’s house, commissioner and deputy commissioner along with other officers appeared in anti-terrorism court of Lahore.
Judge Abhar Gul asked for what purpose did you go to Imran Khan’s house, has the search warrant been executed?
In the court, the commissioner replied that we had gone to Imran Khan’s house to remove encroachments outside Zaman Park, we have not yet executed the search warrant.
Commissioner Lahore said that Imran Khan had agreed to remove encroachments from outside Zaman Park.
The court asked the investigating officer that you still need a search warrant for Imran Khan’s house? On which the investigating officer said that he will give an answer after consulting the officers.
The court also ordered the DIG to appear in person.
