Dubai: One of the most expensive deals in the history of Dubai, an apartment was sold for 410 million dirhams.

This penthouse in the Bulgari Lighthouse development in Jumeirah Bay has sold for 410 million dirhams ($112 million), the most expensive deal in the history of Dubai’s real estate market, and was registered on February 1.
The building is being constructed by Miras, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, and the flats in it have an area of 38,970 square feet and consist of 9 rooms, priced at AED 10,521 per square foot.

Bulgari Lighthouse is a 27-storey residential building located on the seafront, and will have 31 penthouses as well as three-level sky villas.
The building is designed by the renowned Italian architectural firm ‘Antonio Ceterio Patricia Vail’, and its architecture is also Italian, and it is beautifully designed.
Recall that in January 8 flats were sold for 656 million dirhams, one flat was sold for 119 million dirhams and another flat for 116 million dirhams.
