Former Member of National Assembly from Karachi Jameel Ahmed Khan has also announced his separation from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Captain (Retd) Jameel Ahmed Khan has released his video statement regarding the current situation in which he said that he served as a Captain in the Pakistan Army for about 13 years.
He said that he can say with great pride that now his son is engaged in national defense as a lieutenant in Pakistan Army.
The former Member of Assembly said that he has a relationship of devotion and love with the Pakistan Army. Politics and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was joined so that he could serve his country in a better way.
He said that in the incidents that took place on May 9, some miscreants set fire to the country’s installations, installations of the Pakistan Army, created a law and order situation in the country and challenged the writ of the government and the state.
Captain (retd) Jameel Ahmad said that he strongly condemns all such incidents and believes that all such persons should be brought under the law.
He said that I am parting from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf today with pain and sadness. For me, my homeland Pakistan and my forces come first. I think Pakistan has a lot of potential.
The former member of the assembly said that this country is a great country, no power in the world, no entity can erase it. Inshallah this country will develop a lot and they will continue their services for the country.
