Rawalpindi: The police arrested the accused who raped a deaf woman.
Col Syedan police, taking immediate action on the call received on 15, arrested the accused who raped a woman who was deprived of the ability to speak and hear. The police had received information that the accused Mansoor Waheed had raped a deaf-mute woman.
Taking immediate action, the police arrested the accused and got the woman medically examined. According to the police authorities, all legal requirements will be fulfilled to punish the accused. According to the vision of IG Punjab, all resources are being used for the legal support, assistance and facilitation of special persons.
