Talking in Geo News’ program ‘Niya Pakistan’, Rana Sanaullah said that the Chief Justice, his son-in-law, his mother-in-law were part of the audio leaks. can go?
He said that it is not written anywhere in the law that the government should consult the Chief Justice before forming the commission.
The interior minister further said that we were shocked by the judicial commission inquiry being stopped, there was pressure on the government to conduct an inquiry into the audio and video leaks.
He said that the judiciary was being blamed in the audio and video leaks, it was being said that our respected judges were being insulted, make a commission on it.
Rana Sanaullah also said that it was from the pressure bar and also from the civil society, the only way for the government was to form a commission headed by Supreme Court judges.
He said that it was the commission’s responsibility to conduct an inquiry and review the audio leaks. If the allegations are true, action should be taken.
The interior minister said that if the judges want this ambiguity to continue like this, then fine, keep this ambiguity going.
He said that just as the attack on the defense installations is an armed rebellion, when the troops enter the Army’s territory, it is equivalent to an attack.
He said that 7 cases related to attacks on military installations have been filed, out of which 3 are in Punjab, 4 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Rana Sanaullah also said that the rebellion and hatred Imran Khan injected with great effort in these minds will bring the investigation to its logical conclusion.
He said that the long march was planned in such a way that the army chief was to be appointed on that day, the entire planning was to stop his appointment, if these incidents are investigated, this matter will also come to light.
Rana Sanaullah said that if the matter was not handled at that time, a situation of rebellion could have arisen, it is true that this attempt was made at that time and Imran Khan was behind it. There will be other people behind him, but Imran Khan was his master, there are evidences, his speeches and tweets are there.
The Home Minister said that it was already decided that the protest would take place outside the houses of the corps commanders, in the cantonment areas.
