Ordering the petitioners to appear before the District Administration Bajaur within three days
Peshawar High Court suspended the arrest warrants of 5 PTI workers including the former minister.
In the High Court, a hearing was held on the petition filed against the arrest warrant of three MPOs of five PTI workers including former provincial minister Anwar Zeib, former MPA Ajmal Khan.
The High Court suspended the arrest warrants of all the five persons including the former provincial minister under three POs.
The court ordered the former provincial minister and other petitioners to appear before the district administration Bajaur within three days.
The High Court also directed the petitioners to present a surety bond of Rs 1 lakh before the District Administration, Bajaur, and ordered the case to be transferred to Darul Qada.
