Spokesperson of the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Matthew Miller, says that the US is monitoring the situation in Pakistan.
During a press briefing in Washington, he said that we have no position on any political candidate or party.
He further said that implementation of democratic values, freedom of speech and rule of law should be applied to all.
The spokesperson of the US State Department also said that it is saddened by the attacks on oil and gas facilities in Pakistan.
