The Election Commission has asked PTI to submit its response to the show cause notice by May 30.
In the petition filed by PTI, it was asked to allow cross-examination of the bank employees who gave the bank account details.
The petition said that the members of the Scrutiny Committee should also be allowed to cross-examine.
In the petition, PTI had also asked that a period of 4 months be given to collect the information.
