Karachi: Another wicket fell for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), PTI leader Jay Prakash resigned from the party.
While talking to media at Karachi Press Club, PTI leader Jay Prakash said that I joined PTI in 2013. has always stayed away from corruption and has tried to increase the economy of Pakistan.
He said that I am thankful to other leaders including Imran Khan and Imran Ismail because the position I am in today is thanks to them, we supported this party in difficult times and it is a party of democracy. We protested peacefully, but we never received any orders that were against the country.
Jaipurkash said that I condemn the May 9 incident because we have got protection because of Pakistan forces, we are only there if there are Pakistan forces, I demand an investigation as to who did the mayhem on May 9, I am heartbroken. I announce to leave PTI, Jay Prakash was drowned during the announcement of leaving the party.
He further said that when the country is on the verge of sinking, one feels sad. Those whom I have been associated with have never given orders to adopt a violent attitude. I cannot punish all of them for the fault of one in ten.
It should be noted that Jay Prakash has been a Member of National Assembly from 2018 to 2023, Jay Prakash has also been the President of PTI Minority Wing.
