The Islamabad High Court directed the police to provide details of the cases filed against Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Asad Umar.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard Asad Umar’s request for arrest under 3 MPO and providing details of cases.
The Islamabad High Court has issued notices to the parties for Monday.
Asad Umar’s lawyer Babar Awan said that the details of how many cases are against Asad Umar should be provided.
He further said that the Islamabad High Court should schedule our cases for hearing on Monday.
On this occasion, the court asked whether you want to enjoy your weekend here? At which there was laughter in the courtroom.
The Islamabad High Court adjourned further hearing of the case till Monday.
