Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has claimed that the attackers of the May 9 incidents took training at Zaman Park, the residence of Imran Khan.
Talking to the host Shahzeb Khanzada on Geo News program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada, he said that there was a trained group of 50 to 100 people. The people who entered Jinnah House have been identified.
Federal Interior Minister said that today in the meeting it was told how many people have been identified and how many have been arrested.
He said that before carrying out operations in different areas, a group of women used to go to see the situation.
He said that the people who set fire to the facilities have been traced, no culprit will be spared.
He said that Afghan citizens are also involved in attacks on government and defense facilities in various cities including Mianwali. People who attack installations will now have to face the consequences.
He said that properties worth billions of rupees were damaged.
Rana Sanaullah claimed that evidence has emerged that the attackers trained in Zaman Park. We will prove that fitnah and mischief were done with regular planning.
The Interior Minister said that Imran Khan trained him for a year and prepared him for sedition and riots.
He further said that Tehreek-e-Insaaf is not a political party.
