Imran Khan filed an application in the Lahore High Court for not broadcasting the statements on the media

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against not airing the speeches and statements on the media.

PTI Chairman’s request has been fixed by Lahore High Court, Justice Shams Muhammad Mirza will hear it tomorrow.

In the petition, Imran Khan has made 18 TV channels including Pemra a party and has taken a stand that the speeches and live discussions should not be shown on media channels.

He took the stand in the petition that the ban on not broadcasting statements and speeches is a violation of fundamental constitutional rights, the court should compel PEMRA to broadcast live speeches.
