Islamabad High Court has ordered PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry to be produced in court tomorrow.
The court also issued a notice to the District Magistrate and IG Islamabad for tomorrow on the application against Fawad Chaudhry’s arrest. The court said that the IG Islamabad Fawad Chaudhary should be produced in the court tomorrow and the District Magistrate should also appear with the record.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the petition against Fawad Chaudhary’s arrest.
Faisal Chaudhary Advocate took the stand that this court had restrained Fawad Chaudhary from arrest, yet the police arrested him. While leaving the Supreme Court informed the police but they did not obey the court order.
He presented the copy of the order received from the court of Chief Justice Amir Farooq before the court. IG Islamabad was also present in the court in whose presence this shouting took place.
The court had ordered not to arrest Fawad Chaudhry. After hearing the arguments, the court ordered Fawad Chaudhary to appear tomorrow. The court also directed Shirin Mazari’s medical check-up and allowed her family and lawyers to visit her.
