Quetta: A seven-day anti-polio campaign has started today across Balochistan, in which the target of vaccinating 12 lakh 62 thousand children has been set.
According to Express News, the campaign was launched today in Quetta by Chief Minister Balochistan Abdul Qudous Bizenjo. Chief Minister Balochistan said that no case of polio has been reported in Balochistan since January 2021, collective efforts against polio need to be intensified.
He expressed good wishes for the success of the campaign and said that the polio vaccine will help in increasing the immunity of children and help them defeat the disease forever. Less will be accessible to all children.
