Imran Khan’s lawyer Khawaja Haris argued that the complaint for the Tosha Khana case was not filed by the competent authority, the complaint was filed by the District Election Commissioner, and the Election Commission has appointed someone as the competent authority. No letter was submitted, the Election Commission only asked its office to file the complaint, the complaint filed without the competent authority cannot be heard.
Latif Khosa’s complaint against the Chief Justice

Continuing the arguments, Khawaja Haris said that the objection was raised before the trial court, the trial court said that the matter will be considered at the stage of evidence, we say that no further action can be taken on it, the prosecution has recorded. Chief Justice Amir Farooq asked that there are other similar petitions and petitions against the interim order, should it be heard as the main petition?
Khawaja Haris replied that it was also objected that the matter should have gone to the Magistrate first.

Khawaja Haris requested that the complaint was filed after the stipulated time, that an injunction should also be issued on the criminal proceedings in the Tosha Khana case.
