London: Britain has supplied Ukraine with Storm Shadow missiles with a range of more than 250 km (155 miles).
British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace told lawmakers that the weapons “have been smuggled into Ukraine”. The Ukrainian president, on the other hand, said that Kiev is waiting for more Western armored vehicles to arrive to launch its offensive.
It should be noted that the United States had proposed to Turkey the use of Russian missile defense systems in Ukraine, which Turkey has rejected. The US proposed to use the S-400 Russian missile defense system in Turkey in Ukraine.
Approval to transfer money seized from Russian elites to Ukraine
On the other hand, the US approved the transfer of funds seized from Russian oligarchs (the elite class that controls the country’s assets) to Ukraine.
US Attorney General Merrick Garland has confirmed that the money seized from Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeev will go to the war-torn country.
He said that the money is the first transfer of Russian funds confiscated by the US for the reconstruction of Ukraine, but it will not be the last.
