Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senior leader Fawad Chaudhry reached the Supreme Court to avoid arrest and he is not coming out of the building because of this fear.
According to Express News, Fawad Chaudhry has filed an application in the Supreme Court to avoid arrest, in which the position has been taken that after the arrest of Imran Khan, there is a risk of my arrest as well.
Fawad Chaudhry filed a miscellaneous petition along with Imran Khan’s appeal. In which it is written that I have obtained protective bail from the High Court. My case is scheduled in the High Court on May 12, so I should be given protective bail till the date of the High Court.
On the other hand, Fawad Chaudhry is present in the Supreme Court building since morning for fear of arrest and he is not coming out for fear of police. The PTI leader was asked by the journalist that the police is waiting for him outside, then Fawad Chaudhry said that we are also at the same place, we will see.
Fawad Chaudhry said that we have a court order, the court has prohibited the arrest, but with the current situation, it seems that even the Chief Justice may not be arrested.
Fawad Chaudhry regarding taking over PTI leadership after the arrest of Imran Khan said that the entire leadership of the party is with the people.
