Karachi: The mercury crossed 36 degrees in Karachi in the afternoon due to the cessation of sea breezes.

According to the Department of Meteorology, the maximum temperature of the city on Tuesday was 36.1 degrees Celsius, while the humidity in the air was 47%. It is expected.

The Meteorological Department says that during this time, the temperature may exceed 38 degrees, while the weather in central and upper Sindh is hot and dry, while the temperature is likely to rise to 44 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, during the next few days, sea breezes may stop in the afternoon, during which Karachi will be under the influence of western winds from Balochistan.

In another advisory, the Department of Meteorology has predicted a new wave of heat in Sindh and other provinces of the country during this week.

The day temperature in Sindh, South Punjab and Balochistan will be 3 to 5 degrees while in Upper and Central Punjab, Islamabad, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir, the day temperature may be 2 to 3 degrees higher.
