Imran Khan has to answer the corruption of his era, Atta Tarar


Special Assistant to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Atta Tarr has said that there was corruption during Imran Khan’s tenure, he has to answer.

During the press conference, Atta Tarar said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested Imran Khan as per the law.

He said that NAB gave notices many times but no one responded, no one is willing to appear in the case of 190 million pounds. After approval from the cabinet, a scam of 60 billion rupees was done.

The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister further said that there has been corruption, Imran Khan has to answer for the corruption of his time.

He said that during your tenure, people can be arrested in fake cases, so you are not arrested in the corruption of billions of rupees?

He said that the NCA had investigated and imposed a fine of 190 million pounds, 458 kanals of land in Al-Qadir Trust gifted by the property tycoon.

The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister said that the trust is for public welfare, for which public welfare was the Al-Qadir Trust, 18 crore rupees have been shown to be recovered for operational expenses.

He said that this is a land worth billions of rupees, it is the biggest corruption scandal in the history of Pakistan, the land was taken from a property tycoon and his debt was waived off.

Atta Tarar said that despite repeated notices, Imran Khan did not appear, he says that he will clear the trust deed, nor will he account for corruption, if he does not respond despite the call-up notice, what is the remedy?

He said that a handful of people are protesting in groups, everything is a lie, the protestors should stop, the law will deal with you with iron hands.

The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister said that it is not difficult to bring them to the Kafir role, but we do not want to, we know how to respond to the protestors in groups, but we do not want to create an issue.
