California: If you want a notebook that is completely fireproof, explosion proof, then a company has made it. The same notebooks are also used by astronauts in the microgravity environment.
The exterior of the notebook is made of carbon fiber which is resistant to fire, water, oil and other substances. Due to its hardness, it is impossible to tear and cut. The inner pages are made of textured paper that you can take notes in the rain.
It comes with a beautiful pan that is molded from aircraft grade aluminum. A NASA-recommended light tube is inserted into it. Thanks to this refill, the pen keeps writing for a long time and there is no need to change it frequently. NASA experts have named the light refill the Fisher Space Cartridge.
The notebook and pen are named ‘Escent’ and are available in two sizes. As soon as you place the pen in the coil towards the notebook, it sticks like a magnet and doesn’t fall out. According to the company, it incorporates thixotropic illumination that lasts several times longer than a typical ballpoint pen.
Thanks to its design, you can submerge the entire notebook in a bucket of water and write on it, even in the coldest environments, from 250 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
It will go on sale from September 2023 and the introductory price is 26 British pounds which is equivalent to 9000 Pakistani rupees.
